| My name is Kent Redmond and I am
the owner of Helken Equipment Company. I know the products I sell, having worked for 21
years as purchasing manager for the Fitzpatrick Company in Elmhurst, manufacturer of the
Fitzmill™ brand granulator. I founded Helken Equipment in 1987 to address the demand for used and
rebuilt Fitzmill™ equipment and to serve as a source of repair, rebuilding and parts
